This terms of service will be between the artist (Katzen) and the commissioner.
By commissioning the artist for any service, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.✧ GENERAL TERMS
⋆ Please provide a clear request and references of what you would like drawn.⋆ I have the right to refuse service at any point during the commission process due to any violations of my terms.⋆ I have the right to decline any commission.⋆ Rude/ill intentioned behaviour will not be tolerated. Displays of such behaviour may result in cancelling your order.⋆ Payments will taken be through only Paypal, in USD, and before the process is started.⋆ Large changes are only permitted during the sketching phase.✧ ORDER PROCESS
¹. Email me at [email protected] or direct message me on Twitter (X) @Kat_zen _ with your request and reference image(s). Any requests for style, pose and anything extra should also be included here.². I will discuss pricing with you and I will accept or decline your order.³. I will provide my information or an invoice for you to pay for the commission upfront.⁴. After I receive your payment, I will begin working on your commission. Please be available to email/message me during this time as I will send my sketch for your approval, and make changes if necessary. There will also be WIPs along the way to make sure everything is to your liking.⁵. I will email you the finished product AND/OR message you on a twitter.✧ REFUND POLICY
⋆ Commissioners can cancel their order and receive a full refund if I have not started your commission at all.
⋆ I will give you a full refund if I'm unable to complete your order.⋆ I will give you a partial refund if I have already gone past the sketch stage and if I'm unable to finish the art piece in a timely manner.⋆ You may NOT cancel your commission after I started working on it.⋆ If I have completed the piece already, you CANNOT receive a refund.✧ PERMISSIONS AND COPYRIGHT
⋆ Commission prices listed are for PERSONAL USE ONLY unless the commercial rights are purchased for it. Personal use does not include selling the commissioned artwork for profit on merchandise, games, etc.⋆ Please contact me if you would like to purchase commercial rights to your artwork prior to payment.
I own the royalties and copyright to all of my commissions and artworks. Do not claim credit for my work, use it for machine learning/ai, edit it in any manner, or resell it.⋆ If you do not want your commission to be posted publicly on my social media platforms, please let me know.
✦ Sketchy Bust
Consists of typically forward-facing characters outlined in a color of your choice on a transparent background. Simple backgrounds are also optional.
✧ Headshot: 20 USD
✧Bust: 25 USD
Complex designs may be subject to additional fees due to the increase in time it might take.
✦ Lined Illustration
Consists of lined and fully rendered character(s). By default the background is transparent but simple backgrounds are free of charge.
Additional characters will cost extra and will be discussed over your chosen form of contact.
✧ Headshot: 30 USD
✧Bust: 40 USD
✧Thigh Up: 60 USD
✧Fullbody: 80 USD

✦ Tarot card
This style is a bit experimental and takes longer to complete. Consists of a lined and fully rendered character with a simple-ish background of whatever you would like, white accents and border. These are normally around thigh up for a better composition.
